Using the same methods and standards for my own new home build. High quality materials such as CBX sheer as opposed to the standard OSB means less expansion and contraction due to humdity levels and therefore less risk of stucco cracking. 

Passive solar and ugraded insulation including open cell foam on the underneath of the entire roof deck makes for a more energy efficient home!
